We initially meet to discuss your CV / resume – and conduct an in-depth interview to understand your background and career progression to date

We then focus on ‘next’ and what you want it to look like (how will you know a great looking role when you see it?)

Marketing yourself is often the hardest thing for someone at your level – we will help with all aspects of this

SELLING YOURSELF

MARKETING OF YOUR BRAND IMAGE

STAGE 02

As your CV / Resume is your brand document, we will help refine and tweak it – remembering that ‘less is always more’

We help to build your online presence via LinkedIn and can help shape your content creation within this platform to be ‘seen’ in a relevant way. We will critique how you present your own brand via social channels

We can also help prepare your Executive bio and provide industry relevant examples

STAGE 03

NETWORKING STRATEGY

Various routes to market will next be explored (and considering your next role is unlikely to come from a job board) you need a multi-pronged game plan for how you can create your ‘own luck’

Executive search firms – we build out your relevant contact list: which search firms (Shrek & Boutique), who specifically to contact, and what is the best approach to get on their radar and how to be seen as relevant in their eyes. Remembering they are all box ticking only – we can help find the best ‘box’ to fit you in.

Direct approach to companies – we help build out this approach (which companies are right, how to approach them, who to approach and when)

Should you choose, we stay with you for the first 90 days in the new role to help you onboard successfully into your new company and position
